Action Assistant

Modes

The footer shows project when you are inside a project (without a single action focused), action on an action detail page, or global elsewhere. The assistant receives that context so answers line up with what you are viewing.

What to ask

• Summaries of status, overdue items, or stuck work.
• Clarifications about descriptions, assignees, or dates.
• Natural-language questions that the model can answer from project context.

Example prompts

• "What actions are overdue in this project?"
• "Summarize this action's latest progress and blockers."
• "Which actions are unassigned and due this week?"
• "Give me a concise status brief I can post in standup."

Current limitations

Assistant is primarily for analysis and summarization of available context. Treat suggestions as draft guidance and verify before sharing externally.

Project mode is broad across the current project. Action mode is narrower around the selected action and its updates.
