Workstream scorecard
The weekly scorecard on Reports: RAG, owner, critical path, copy, and CSV.
The scorecard is a weekly table of workstreams marked On scorecard. When none are marked, it lists every named workstream so an existing project keeps its report. Show all workstreams includes the rest. Open it from the project menu under Reports, then Scorecard. Project members can read it. Owners and editors can set the owner, mark the critical path, mark a workstream on the scorecard, override RAG, and regenerate the narrative. A flagged row that is missing an owner, a next step, or a date asks you to add it. Other workstreams are left alone.
What each column means
- Ref is the row number on screen. Copy and CSV leave it blank.
- Item is the workstream name. Unclassified actions are not a row.
- CP is Yes when the workstream is on the critical path. That flag is set in Manage workstreams; it is not calculated from dependencies.
- Owner is the person responsible for the workstream. Set it in Manage workstreams. Removing that person from the project clears it.
- RAG matches the workstream: blocked is Red, at risk or quiet is Amber, and on track or clear is Green. A passed target date does not turn the row Red. An override replaces that color until you clear it, and the table still shows the derived color. This is workstream status. The project itself is On track, At risk, or Off track, with a reason, and a hand-set workstream color does not change that.
- What changed this week lists human updates and completions in the reporting week. A short AI draft can replace that list; regenerate it from the scorecard when you want a fresh one.
- Next step and Date are the next open action and its target date. On a red or amber row, a problem action is preferred.
- Who's fixing it and Help needed name the people on the actions that need attention. The project lead is left off when someone else is named.
- First spotted is the earliest date the current problems showed up. It clears when those problems are resolved.
Copy into a client pack
Copy table puts a tab-separated grid on the clipboard. Export CSV downloads the same columns. Both follow the rows on screen. Linked cells open the source action. Change owner, critical path, or on scorecard from Manage workstreams.
